What's great

This has made my life so much easier. Before I started using Outlio, I struggled to get timely leads; I spent long hours searching for the right customer profiles. Outlio came along and fixed everything, from its human-centric approach that allowed me to target the exact profiles I was looking for, to the live, shared CRM that significantly reduced the need to make messy spreadsheets. Kudos to the team for actually putting in the work to make something so useful!

What needs improvement

I can't wait for the day when we get industry-specific template presets!

Outlio is a big green flag as it targets the exact leads and exports to CRM immediately. To be honest, hours of outreaching the leads individually have been reduced to minutes of work.

What needs improvement

I don't think there is anything to be improved right now but I would like it to be always up to date with the new features and requirements in the lead generation industry.

Apollo.io

Apollo software, to be honest lags and blocks my genuine accounts without any bot activity. It suspends the Gmail accounts and needs VPN service to use the software which consumes a lot of time.

What's great

Honestly, I’ve had a really good experience with Outlio so far. It’s simple to use, doesn’t feel unnecessarily complicated, and I was able to get what I needed without spending ages figuring things out. Everything feels pretty straightforward, which I really appreciate. It’s one of those tools that just makes things easier rather than adding more work.

What needs improvement

There’s honestly not much I’d change at the moment. I’m pretty happy with how everything works. If anything, I’d just like to see regular improvements and little updates over time, especially based on user feedback. But overall, I’m very satisfied with it and would definitely recommend it.

vs Alternatives

I did look at a few other options before going with Outlio, but Outlio just felt like the better fit for what I needed. The overall experience felt simpler and more convenient, and I didn’t feel like I had to compromise on the things that mattered to me. In the end, it was an easy choice.

The Reason why outlio as a product is amazing and beneficial is; it organise the business, improve growth rate, give competency to generate leads and ensure client closer in a versatile perspective.

vs Alternatives

I chose this lead engine SaaS because it actually solves a problem I was dealing with, instead of being just another tool with a lot of features I probably won’t use. I liked how simple it was to get started and how quickly I could see the value.

What really caught my attention was the overall experience. it feels practical, easy to use, and saves me time.

What's great

Outlio saved me so much time. I used to waste hours hunting for leads and juggling messy spreadsheets. Now I just open it, find the right people, and add them to the CRM instantly. Actually makes my work feel less chaotic. Love it.

What needs improvement

Would love some ready-made templates for different industries. Would save me even more setup time.

Tried Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator before this. They're fine but felt clunky. Outlio just feels simpler and more direct. No extra fluff.

What's great

I've been searching a tool that scraps my lead directly from Sales Navigator. Outlio helped me with that.

Now, Without getting my linkedin account go into spam or restricted, I can freely get as much leads as i want

What needs improvement

I want it for Instagram and Twitter as well

What's great

As someone familiar with outbound, I can definitely see the use case here. Collecting and organising

prospects manually gets boring very quickly. Making that process faster is a big win.

I chose Outlio as it does work on different objectives over alternatives. No autopilot; first research and then write everything by hand. It teaches how to learn the workflow that makes the AI work.

What's great

i was exhausted with the manual copy pasting, thanks alot for introducing such product. Being able to manage the leads in pne place and move them into a CRM makes the whole process much simpler. Definitely a useful tool for anyone who regulary does student or client outreach.
