Reviewers describe Outlio as a simple, practical lead-finding and outreach tool that cuts hours of manual prospecting, copy-pasting, and spreadsheet work down to a faster, more organized CRM flow. The most repeated strengths are ease of use, cleaner lead management, direct CRM export, and safer Sales Navigator scraping without account issues. Several also like its focused, research-first approach over clunkier alternatives. Criticism is light but consistent: users want industry-specific templates, broader channel support like Instagram/X, more tracking and lead-management features, and regular updates.
Quick update from my side alongside building Outlio’s outbound systems, I’ve also built our own Sales Navigator lead extraction tool.
You simply upload a saved Sales Navigator HTML page, and it turns it into a structured lead list with names, companies, profile URLs, and other prospect data.
Built it because I was tired of wasting time opening and copying profiles manually. Now we’re using it internally, and I’m planning to make it available as part of Outlio as well.
Would love to hear what you guys think. 🚀
Interesting combination of a service business and SaaS. They're already doing outbound for businesses, and now they're productizing some of the internal workflow. Makes more sense than building a sales tool without actually using it yourself.
Really like the simple approach Outlio takes to make business development easier. Excited to see how it grows and improves.. I am on the outlio team.
