Our Bulletin is a private family bulletin for kids' schedules. Parents post games, practices, and last-minute changes. Grandparents, aunts, and coaches follow along for free and get a push when something moves, with the old time, the new time, and who changed it. No hardware, no group chat, no shared calendar mess.

Hi Product Hunt. I built Our Bulletin because my kids' schedules were spread across GameChanger, a school app, texts, and a whiteboard, and the people who most wanted to show up (their grandparents) were always the last to find out when a game moved.
The core idea is simple: one family owns the schedule, everyone else follows it. Followers are always free. They install the app, tap the family, and from then on they get a push when something is added or changes. When a time moves, they see the old time, the new time, and who changed it. No account juggling, no calendar sharing settings, no "did you see my text."
What it's not: it's not a family operating system. Skylight and Cozi are great if you want the whole household running on one board. Our Bulletin is built for the person on the outside of the household who just wants to know when the recital starts.
Owners get a free trial with no card required, then $6/month or $48/year per family. Followers never pay. 10% of gross revenue goes to LifeWise Academy, which is a personal commitment, not a marketing thing.
I'm a non-developer who built this with Claude Code over the past year. Happy to talk about that too. Would love to hear from anyone coordinating kids across multiple households.
I have 3 adult kids and 10 grandchildren! It has been so helpful with knowing who has a game , date ,time location, which field and even directions to get there ! With the start of school we even have concert dates on it ! Love it !
@pam_leichty Thanks Mom! 10 grandkids across 3 families is pretty much the exact problem I was trying to solve. Glad the directions button is getting used, that was a late addition.
Amazing product! So helpful to keep track of our kids' schedule and our extended family without getting caught it a group text where events, updates, and locations can get lost.
@nutmeg3782 Thanks Megan! Yeah the group text thing was what finally pushed me to build it. Someone would text a field change at 4pm on a Saturday and half the family would still show up at the wrong place.
