This looks solid — a great addition to the generative AI meeting space. In particular, I love how you can ask questions live — during a call to quickly catch up or get a bit more context about something that you think you might have heard without being that annoying person...! Otter Chat AI will help you get caught up — no shame required!

It's a really good tool in terms of transcription. But one of the major issues I had was around how the Unlimited Audio Uploads work. Even though in your Business Plan, there is unlimited audio file uploads it still counts towards your meeting minutes.

It's hard for me to remember what I say even if I *JUST* said it, so this is a super valuable daily tool for me. Keeps me on track during lectures and meetings. The new AI features are great for parsing through long transcripts for specific info and for identifying and summarizing themes that span multiple meetings. I really like their UI and I'm excited for their upcoming releases. Thanks, Otter!
