The problem that drove me nuts: you get stuck in a game, you Google it, and the top result spoils a boss or a twist you were 10 hours away from. Or you sit through a 20-minute video for a 10-second answer.
Otagon fixes that one thing: snap a screenshot of where you're stuck, and it gives you a spoiler-free hint just enough to get unstuck, without revealing what's ahead. It runs on your phone or a second monitor so you never alt-tab out of the game. It's a PWA powered by Gemini, tuned to stay aware of where you actually are in the game so it doesn't over-explain.
It's in early access free tier, no credit card. Launching soon

Hello Everyone,
Got tired of Googling "how do I beat X" and having the plot spoiled, so I built Otagon: screenshot where you're stuck → spoiler-free nudge. Runs on your phone or second monitor so you don't alt-tab out. Early access, free. Would love thoughts: otagon.app
Would love to see a way to mark which hints I've already used so I don't accidentally re-spoil myself on a second playthrough, and maybe a toggle that blocks hints entirely for games I want to finish blind.
Finally a tool that gets how annoying alt-tabbing mid-boss fight is. Tested it on Elden Ring and the hint was actually useful without spoiling the surprise, which honestly surprised me.
Tried it on a Souls boss last night and the hint was genuinely useful without giving away the whole fight, which is harder than it sounds. Love that the photo option exists since I mostly play on PS5.
The photo hint feature sounds clutch for console play. One thing that would make this even better is adding a voice command option so I don't have to take my hands off the controller at all, especially during tense boss fights where pausing or fumbling with a phone can mean instant death.
The snapshot-on-console approach for AI hints is genuinely clever, a real solution to the alt-tabbing problem instead of just another wiki wrapper.
