Are approvals truly human-in-the-loop with audit trails and block thresholds?
@bunrajjy Yes. Policies set risk thresholds (warn/block). Every action has a signed audit trail (who/what/when, diff view, policy context). Approvals can happen in app or via chat, and we support just-in-time access with expiry so no standing privilege lingers.
