Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Orbit because I kept running into the same problem with todo apps and habit trackers.
They helped me capture tasks, but they didn’t really help me see which part of my life was quietly slipping.
Health, family routines, learning, fitness, sleep, side projects, appointments, work goals — all of these need steady attention, but they don’t always feel urgent.
Orbit is built around “orbits,” which are life areas you want to keep in motion. Inside each orbit, you can add simple check-ins like checkboxes, scores, numbers, notes, or one-time tasks.
The goal is not to do everything every day. That usually just creates guilt.
The goal is to answer a more useful question:
What needs my attention today?
I’m still early and improving it actively. I’d love feedback on whether the orbit concept makes sense, whether the demo explains the value clearly, and what would make something like this worth coming back to every day.

Thanks for checking it out.

Most todo apps just yell about what's already on my radar. What got me with Orbit is the opposite. It's quietly watching for the stuff that isn't loud, the things I'd otherwise let slip.
I used this app during my recent overseas move — selling stuff on marketplace, booking tickets, shipping arrangements, and making sure I didn't miss last dinners with people before leaving. That's a lot of different categories and Orbit was good at surfacing the ones I'd quietly stopped looking at.

The “last time” view is such a useful idea. I can remember my streaks, but somehow never remember when I last called someone or did a proper workout.

Orbit is pretty much helpful to plan my priorities being a busy working mom. It helps me stay on track, cross-check my tasks to keep my health goals, family responsibilities and other tasks aligned. It keeps my sanity with my never-ending list of tasks. It keeps me focused on specific tasks in a day. It's AI features help me to review my progress regularly and helps for planning my day better. A good one to organize one's life goals, if your hands are full with multiple tasks.

Orbit helps me organize my priorities in life - Taking care of kids, their schooling , classes and sports, my personal goals, Yoga etc. I didnt find it convenient with anyother apps until I find Orbit. Especially "plan my day" helps me to select what is needed out of all my Orbits in life.
