Truthfully, I built this platform because I struggled deeply in a past HR role. I felt completely overwhelmed by the fragmented, messy administrative work that comes with every single change in an employee's status—the endless compliance checklists for off-boarding, the tax filings, and the data entry scattered across five different tools.
