I’m a solo SaaS founder who spends a lot of my time looking for common bottlenecks, repetitive admin work, and processes that can be automated. Oputime is a product that came out of that process, built around an HR operations problem that I believe becomes increasingly painful as organisations grow: managing the constant changes and tasks that come with an expanding workforce.
