No social feeds, no AI coaches, no meal tracking bloat. Just workouts, exercises, and progress tracking. Built for people who want to lift consistently, not scroll.

After my ACL reconstruction surgery, I had to rebuild my leg from scratch. Physical therapy taught me something I'd overlooked for years, progressive overload matters. Every session, my PT tracked my weights, reps, and progress meticulously. Small increases each week led to real strength gains.
When I returned to the gym, I wanted to keep that same discipline and kept track of all my workouts in my notes app. But the problem remained that I wanted to see what muscles I was actually working and I was tired of clicking strikethrough on my existing weights every time I went heavier.
I looked for apps that did this. Most were either overcomplicated (meal plans, social features, AI coaches). None showed me a body diagram with my actual workout coverage and allowed me to log my progressive overload.
So I built it myself.
The approach evolved from "just track weights" to something more visual. The interactive muscle diagram became the core of the idea, color-coded to show which muscles have 0, 1, or 2+ exercises. Now I can glance at my workout and immediately see if I'm creating something balanced.
I would love if anyone wants to give feedback in this simple fitness tracker. The goal of this app is to be functional and I want to have features that users will interact with everyday and enhance their gym experience. I am also launching this on Android and if you want to be part of the closed test, these are the steps:
1. Join this google group: https://groups.google.com/u/8/g/...
2. Opt-in to this test: https://play.google.com/apps/tes...
3. Follow this link to download the app: https://play.google.com/store/ap...
This is my first solo app and I definitely plan on building more and more, reach out if you would like to connect!
