I guess that's a nice project. Nevertheless, I wouldn't trust it. You know, I am quite a conservative person and I prefer old but gold methods. For all my life I have taken all the loans here. So, I am not going to refuse this idea now.

Interesting. Who's backing this project at the moment? Have you considered talking to Learn Capital, Nelnet or Wells Fargo? This would be right up their alley.
@ReubenMetcalfe so far, we have commitments from both startups and universities. We are hoping to add data from government sources and (a bit of a long shot) from banks as well.
