Opearia is a modular B2B operations platform connecting tickets, SLAs, teams, field interventions, equipment, work orders and spare parts in one traceable workflow. Built for service companies and multi-location operations.

Have you considered adding a built-in client portal so end customers can track ticket status, upcoming field visits, and approve quotes directly? Would cut down on the back-and-forth calls and give service companies a more polished, professional touchpoint with their clients without needing a separate tool.
@azrailenkmjzh Thanks for the suggestion! That's actually very much aligned with Opearia's vision.
The platform already includes a dedicated client portal where customers can submit and track tickets, communicate with support, review service history, and confirm completed work.
We're also continuously expanding the platform, so features like scheduled field visit visibility and quote approvals are definitely on our roadmap as we evolve the customer experience.
Really appreciate the feedback!
The way it links field interventions straight to spare parts inventory is genuinely useful, finally stops the guessing game when a technician runs short on site.
@celalsenal45369 Thanks! That was actually one of our main goals with Opearia.
We wanted technicians to know exactly what parts are available before and during an intervention, while automatically linking every used spare part to the ticket, work order, and inventory. It improves traceability and helps eliminate manual stock discrepancies.
Really appreciate you noticing that!
One thing that would really help is a customer-facing status page per ticket or work order, so end clients can see real-time updates without having to call in. Would cut down on a ton of inbound "any update?" emails for our service team.
@ecrinzz3u Thanks! That's actually already part of Opearia.
Customers have their own portal where they can track ticket progress, view status updates, communicate with the support team, and review completed work. One of our goals was exactly to reduce those "any update?" calls and emails by giving clients real-time visibility into their requests.
We're continuing to expand the customer experience with even more self-service features over time. 🙂
Finally tried Opearia and the way it links work orders to spare parts inventory across multiple sites feels genuinely useful. The traceability through the whole ticket-to-resolution flow was smoother than I expected for a modular setup.
@asel8klm Thank you! I really appreciate that.
End-to-end traceability was one of the core principles behind Opearia. We wanted every spare part, work order, and ticket to stay connected throughout the entire service lifecycle, even across multiple locations, so teams always have a complete history without relying on spreadsheets or disconnected tools.
I'm glad that stood out to you!
Love how everything lives in one traceable workflow instead of scattered across five different tabs, that alone saves my service team hours every week.
@sevalznalbmnvu Thank you! That was exactly one of the biggest problems we wanted to solve.
Instead of switching between multiple tools, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems, Opearia brings tickets, work orders, inventory, field service, and communication into one connected workflow. The goal is to give teams a single source of truth and save time every day.
I'm really glad that came across in your experience!
It would be really helpful to have a customer-facing portal where end users can track their tickets and see technician ETAs in real time. That kind of transparency would cut down on the "where are you?" calls our support team deals with daily.
