Hey! With the current crisis, some friends had to reorganize customer support in their startup to increase efficiency, reduce operating costs and face the new reality. They've developed internally an App to decentralise customer support. 👉 Long story short, they've leveraged their users, employees and their network to become their remote agents, decentralised and available 24/7.
