I got tired of building custom chat integrations, webhooks, and billing flows for every business project. So I built OniPin. OniPin isn't 'just another chatbot'. It’s an open chat protocol designed to bridge the gap between business backends and modern AI agents.
Finally a chat protocol that actually connects to my backend without forcing me to write five different webhook handlers. Tried it with a simple billing flow and it clicked in minutes, not days.

Finally tried OniPin after avoiding another chat framework, and the open protocol angle actually feels different. Hooking my backend up took way less glue code than I expected.

Honestly pretty interesting that you made it protocol-level instead of another chatbot wrapper. The billing and webhook pieces alone usually kill half my weekend, so having those baked in sounds like a real time-saver.

As someone who's wired up chat integrations more times than I'd like to admit, the protocol-first angle here is genuinely appealing. Hoping the docs make it quick to plug an agent into a real backend without the usual webhook spaghetti.

Love that you built this out of personal frustration rather than chasing trends. Treating chat as an actual protocol layer instead of bolting on another bot widget is a smart call.
