Easy to use phone number monitoring. We have 5 contact centers across 3 coutries and have been looking for a monitoring solution to ensure 24x7 operation of our IVRs. Omni Intelligence was a good choice as it's simple and negligent price-wise. Best thing is that we were able to start monitoring without any added cost of professional services - great value.
