I've been teaching okrs and I love how you've simplified the process and ui. I also set up a buddy system but it was way more hacky than what you have. Top notch examples too. Reach out if you want help in developing the content a bit more. I'll start recommending it!

@chrismessina Thanks! Yeah, it's pretty bad on mobile right now. The plan is to create a mobile version which is optimized for checking-in, and less focused on reviewing the full stack of OKRs. What do you think about that approach? Or would you rather do the full OKR cycle on mobile?
