Hey PH community! 👋
I'm Derrick, the solo maker behind Oizmo Review Reply.
I realized that responding to negative reviews is one of the most stressful parts of running a business. It's hard to stay calm when a customer is upset, and generic AI prompts often sound robotic or make promises businesses can't actually keep.
I built Oizmo Review Reply to help businesses generate professional, empathetic, and brand-safe responses in seconds.
Some things we focused on:
• Natural and professional tone
• Brand-safe AI responses
• Simple workflow with no setup
• Fast replies directly from the homepage
I'd genuinely love your feedback on:
- the UI/UX
- the quality of the generated responses
- features you'd want next
Thanks so much for checking it out 🙌

love that it keeps replies calm and brand-safe without sounding robotic, basically exactly what you need when a rough review lands at 11pm. the tone presets seem thoughtfully done, like someone who actually dealt with this stuff built it.

@ruzgar1320 Thanks so much for the kind words, Rüzgar!
You nailed it with the '11pm rough review' scenario. That’s exactly the moment I had in mind when building this. It’s so easy to let a negative comment ruin your night, and Oizmo is there to be that calm, professional buffer so you don't have to carry that emotional weight.
Really glad to hear the tone presets feel authentic to you! We spent a lot of time fine-tuning them to ensure they sound like a real person, not just a generic bot.
By the way, since you mentioned that 11pm scenario—are there any specific types of platforms or industries (like Amazon, Google Maps, or App Store) where you find managing these 'rough reviews' most challenging? I'd love to make sure Oizmo covers those specific needs perfectly.

The auto-replies look really solid for keeping tone consistent across reviews. One thing that would help a lot would be a quick sentiment snapshot before I approve a reply, like a small badge showing angry, neutral, or happy so I can tell at a glance which ones need a human touch first.

@doukanehip Thanks so much for the thoughtful feedback, Doğukan!
That's a brilliant suggestion. A “sentiment badge'”(angry/neutral/happy) would definitely save users a lot of time by helping them prioritize which reviews need immediate human attention. It fits perfectly with our goal of making review management stress-free.
I've just added this to our immediate roadmap! Quick question: Would you prefer this badge to be shown next to the original review, or as part of the AI's analysis before the reply is generated?
