We connect employers and recruiters with experienced engineers who conduct face to face interviews across the United States. Our services include technical skills assessments, live coding interviews, identity verification, recorded sessions, and structured candidate feedback. OGHA helps businesses verify remote, hybrid, and onsite candidates, reduce hiring risks, and improve hiring.
We built OGHA after experiencing firsthand how difficult it is to verify candidates during remote hiring. Traditional online interviews don't always reflect a candidate's actual skills or identity. We wanted to bring trust back into hiring through in person technical interviews conducted by experienced engineers.
The feedback that would help us most is understanding how companies currently validate candidates, what challenges they face during hiring, and whether our solution addresses a real need.
