Office IQ is the ultimate back-office platform built specifically for ops teams. Combining doc management, vendor management, invoice tracking, task coordination, and more into one seamless system. Every feature included. No paywalls. No bloat. Just clarity.

Hi Product Hunt Community👋
I'm Calvin, the founder & CMO of Office IQ, and I’m thrilled to finally share something we’ve been building with care and intention: Office IQ, our all-in-one office operations platform.
Office IQ started with a very simple yet frustrating question : Why is office management still so scattered?
In my years of experience in operations, I find that most tools focus on just one slice of the back office, maybe vendor tracking, or document storage, or staff directories. But that leaves teams flipping between tabs, drowning in tools, and reacting to problems that shouldn’t exist.
We built Office IQ to fix that. One clean platform that brings it all together:
📄 Documents
📋 Tasks
🧑🤝🧑 Staff
🧾 Vendors
🛠️ Assets
🗂️ Org charts
No bloat, no chaos.
Our mission is simple: radical clarity and control for modern ops teams. It’s designed for fast-moving startups, scaling teams, and any office that deserves better tools without paying enterprise prices.
If you’ve ever thought “there has to be a better way,” we built this for you.
Would love your thoughts, and if you know someone in ops drowning in tabs, give this a share ❤️
I love the concept. Is this suitable for solo operations managers or is it designed more for teams?
@gold_chowdhury I'm so glad you like the product, it has been a real labor of love, years in the making.
We designed Office IQ for teams both big and small, but its particularly useful for solo Operations Managers, giving them a clean, concise tool to see critical operations tasks at a glance, even over multiple office locations.
We'd love to show you more of the product, you can schedule a demo at https://calendly.com/hello-officeiq/15mins?month=2025-07.
Great potential! Does Office IQ provide any sort of audit trail or change history for documents and tasks?
@faizullo_suponyorov I'm so glad you like Office IQ. We have been working on it for a long time. Its amazing to have so much feedback from the Product Hunt community.
We most certainly do. We have a full audit trail for both tasks and documents. Perfect for keeping track of tasks both large and small!
Sometimes ops software can get too broad to be truly effective. How does Office IQ make sure it stays focused on serving the specific needs of ops without trying to be everything to everyone?
@spencer_hudson2 Thats a great point! I have been there and seen the struggle. We've all seen the software that tries to do it all.
Our mission is really clear, be the go to platform for back-office operations. That is the foundation we are built on.
Throughout our initial product development journey, and whilst developing our long-term roadmap, our question is always "do real operations teams actually need this product", and do the new features we are idiating actually bring value to our customers? And, do they make sense as part of our suite?
It's about time ops teams had a tool that truly gets their intricate behind the scenes work. I’m impressed by the all in one approach no unnecessary features, no hidden fees. Which industries or team sizes have you noticed are embracing it the most so far?
100% 💪🏼@claudio_fanetti There is so much more to Ops than meets the eye. They're often the people scrambling to make sure your team is paid on time, and making sure the suprise hire has a laptop ready when they start in 2 days (I have had this more than once in my time!)
Our ethos, is cut out the waste, give teams what they need, not just what sounds fancy. As well as keeping our pricing simple. There is nothing worse than having to properly read through 4 different pricing plans called 'lite, basic, advanced, and pro', and still not being sure which one you need without a 30 minute "discovery call".
Our uptake has been varied which has been fantastic! But our messaging is super clear, getting your ops function right from day-1 is the best step, most importantly so your executive team can get on with strategizing rather than constantly fighting fires, due to lack of visibility or Junior Ops Execs being lost in a sea of tasks.
Hi folks! 👋
As we ramp up for our official launch on 07/21/2025, I wanted to share a quick update on what myself and the team have been building behind the scenes.
We’ve just completed Staff Feature 1.0, giving you all your key team info at a glance. Think: quick insights, smart filtering, detailed employee profiles, and smooth handling of terminations.
We’ve also been experimenting with our new Org Chart 🗺️, designed to help founders and execs visualize how their company fits together across departments, reporting lines, and office locations.
We’re building Office IQ to be the go-to command center for operations teams, and we’re just getting started.
What features would you love to see in Office IQ? 💡👇
Some sneak peaks below!
👋 Hey Product Hunt! I'm Harry, the founder & CEO of Office IQ, and I’m incredibly excited to finally share what we’ve been building.
After 6+ years working deep in operations, I kept seeing the same problems:
• Teams drowning in spreadsheets
• Vendors managed from someone’s inbox
• Documents scattered across 5+ tools
• No true “command center” for the office
So we built Office IQ, the all-in-one back-office platform to help founders, EAs, and ops teams actually run their workplace:
📄 Documents
🧑🤝🧑 Staff
📅 Tasks
🔧 Equipment
📂 Vendors
✅ All in one clean system.
No enterprise bloat. No duct-taped workflows. Just the tools you need to stay ahead of problems, not react to them.
We’re live today, and we’d love your feedback. If you’ve ever managed an office, supported a team, or been the “ops glue” that holds everything together, this one's for you.
💜 Would massively appreciate an upvote, a share, or even a quick “notify me” click to help get the word out!
Happy to answer any questions below, we’re just getting started.
