Indeed you've introduced me the Anki SRS a few years ago and I have been happy about it. I'm still using it for Japanese and Chinese. Now, I think the missing part in my language learning is that exact point you got: being able to feed my language learning with real-life content, the kind that can be found in videos. At the same time, being able to record each new keyword into the SRS is the best idea to remember it forever. Gathering those elements into the same app is a guarantee of ease of use. I would really appreciate to get the Chinese learning version of your product as soon as it gets out!
