A few years into taking a real stack of supplements, I couldn't answer a basic question: is any of this working against itself? Most supplement apps are great at logging what you take and stop there. None told me whether two things interacted, or whether the research behind them was actually any good. This is the part most apps leave out. 📊 Scan and grade (new) — scan a large database of products and get an instant grade based on quality and the evidence behind them. 🤖 Ask the AI (new) — an assistant that answers from NutriStack's own cited research and interaction database, not the open web. 📚 Backed by research — thousands of supplements and studies with real citations and evidence grades you can check yourself.
