***THIS PRODUCT IS NOT READY FOR MARKET DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY*** I purchased 9 business seats for my team in mid October, from the beginning the very basic features (summaries of meetings) did not work, the email summaries we were receiving which were one to two sentence summaries for hour long meetings kept asking us to upgrade our service when we upgraded from the beginning, I first reached out in early November to the support team because I thought it might be user error, then it took them more than a full week to get back to me. Now, almost 2 months later and I'm in discussion with the Natalie Marina, founder and CEO at Noty.ai and they refuse to refund for the service that is still not working. *** I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH USE A DIFFERENT AI NOTE TAKING SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED***

Hi Sam! Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your recent experience with our product.
Firstly, we noticed that you were using the wrong workspace when you reported the issue. The product was working as intended after you upgraded and is still working now. The issue occurred because you were using a free workspace, which only provides two-sentence summaries. To make up for any lost time, we are offering you two free months of the service.
Secondly, we have evidence that some members of your team are using the product daily and have individually upgraded it. Therefore, we kindly ask you to refrain from sharing any misleading information about the product's performance.
Lastly, we would like to remind you that our subscription is non-refundable as per our Terms of Service. However, we do offer a free trial, which you successfully used.

Congrats for the launch ! Much better than lot of other "similar" tools I tried in the past; and the ChatGPT feature is a game changer - and ok with french language so far ! Perfect !
