Nottle is a 2-minute daily reflection app for iOS and Android. Unlike journaling apps that demand writing, or trackers built around streaks, Nottle asks for just a mood, maybe a few signals, then quietly reflects patterns back over time. No streaks, no pressure, no long journaling. Fully private by default.

Love the low-pressure approach and that everything stays private by default. One idea that would really help me stick with it: add a simple weekly insight card I can glance at in under 10 seconds, like "You tended to feel calmer on mornings after longer sleep," just one little observation instead of a stats dashboard. Would make the quiet reflection loop feel even more rewarding without turning it into another thing to manage.
@ozkur99489 That was actually one of the main ideas behind Nottle. I didnt want it to become just another journaling app full of charts, goals, and things to manage.
The AI isn’t positioned as a therapist or an advisor. It doesn’t tell you what to do or make judgments, it simply summarizes your reflections and gently surfaces patterns that might otherwise be easy to miss. A small weekly insight you can understand in a few seconds is exactly the kind of experience I’m aiming for.
Two minutes is doable, and I like that it doesn't push streaks on me. Seeing the pattern summary after a week was quietly eye-opening without feeling like homework.
@hacer358337 That’s exactly the feeling I wanted to create. There’s no streak counter, no pressure to keep progressing, and no punishment for missing a day. It’s simply a small space to reflect whenever you need it, with a pattern summary that helps you notice things you might otherwise miss.
took it for a spin and the two-minute check-in feels right. noticed it actually started showing my sleep-mood link after a week without me writing a single journal entry.
@hazal360388 That’s exactly what I hoped the experience would feel like. You shouldn’t need to write long journal entries or track everything manually - just a quick check-in, and over time Nottle starts surfacing the connections that are easy to miss on your own. Thanks you!
Love the low-pressure vibe here. One thing that would really help me stick with it: a gentle end-of-week summary that just drops a short note like "you've been leaning tired this week" straight into the app, no need to dig through charts. Would make those quiet patterns actually noticeable.
@meralahmedi Thanks! that’s a great idea, and I’ll definitely add it. A simple weekly note that highlights the most meaningful pattern, without making you dig through charts, feels like a perfect fit for Nottle.
The mood-first approach with zero streaks feels like a really thoughtful antidote to the usual productivity guilt traps. Love that patterns emerge without you having to chase them.
@arin1841226 That’s exactly what I was hoping to avoid, turning reflection into another source of pressure. There are no streaks, no guilt, and no need to analyze everything yourself. You simply check in when it feels useful, and over time, the patterns start to surface on their own.
