@heyumarkhan Hey! Thanks for your support! There was no specific research other than Notion API. As I've mentioned in another comment, I actually created this integration for myself, and since I felt it was so useful I decided to open it up to everyone else. I always work on incremental releases: I first created a private integration that would update a Notion database based on external API data. Then I built that API with stub prices. I created a job that would fetch prices and persist them in a database, and finally, after plugging altogether, I adjust the integration to work with different users. interesting idea, but im not sure i'd prefer using notion over a google sheet personally. although, I've only recently started using notion so maybe that will change at some point 😂

As someone that used to track investments in Google Sheets, I agree that it's a solid tool to do so 🙂 -- I ended up moving to Notion because I use it as my Second Brain and Daily Life planner, so now that I also track my investments there it simplifies my ongoing flow a little bit. If you're happy with Google sheets, I don't see any reason to migrate honestly! But if you want to give it a shot, let me know what you think! 😉
