I use this at work -- it’s a great text editor. Sometimes it’s a bit slow in terms of user experience, but a lot of the features are genuinely useful.

Notion has become my central hub for everything I work on. I use it to manage timelines, collect references, and keep client notes structured in one place.

Notion is hands down one of the most flexible tools I’ve ever used. I run content planning, task tracking, even my personal notes in it. It takes a bit of setup at the start, but once you’ve built your own system, it’s a productivity machine.

It's good - though I found most value when I built out views and DBs frm scratch instead of using their templates. Have now switched to Notion though - partly due to change in role/company, but aslo since Notion is far more expressive

I've been using notion professionally and personally for a few years. As a new founder it was my choice for housing our teams primary execution and coordination environments. I love the intuitive interface, ease of use and the overall experience. I appreciate the notion continues to evolve in relevant and helpful ways. Cons: Spell check and formal documentation writing, notion has a ways to go here but looking forward to seeing how they evolve in this area specifically.

My overall experience with notion has been positive, it can be quite overwhelming at first, but it gets easier the longer its used. Some things about the app seem to not be as intuitive as others, and the app can slow down quite a bit. However, its a very powerful and versatile tool that can basically be used to document anything you can think of!

Really good for storing ideas, writing or documents, brainstorming. I'm testing with task management & dashboard; it seems like not an application born for it yet. Will come back & review sooner.

While Notion can substitute for basic project tracking, it can't replicate SprintiQ's predictive modeling, automated story generation, or agile-specific success pattern recognition. Basic vertical depth versus their horizontal breadth.

Super easy to use! The infinite hierarchy is awesome. But no matter how good the template is, my page gets all messy and cluttered after a while. And the search function is kinda weak.

This reminds me of last week when I spent hours trying to find a specific doc in our shared drive... Notion's search *seems* way better than that mess. If it really is as organized as they say, it would be a huge time saver. Definitely going to check out the templates! Btw, does anyone know if it integrates well with Google Calendar?
