I'm not a power user by any means, but this has replaced Evernote, Keep, and most of my iPhone notes.

I have used it for my personal notes, group work, and to organize my books. I find the app very interesting but I still need to exploit its full potential

I've used Notion for around two years now, and I think it's a great tool for startups. It allows you to create Kanban boards, summarize meeting notes, and store documents. Notion is to Jira what Trello is to Asana—perfect for small teams without a project management background who need to organize team spaces and manage projects. However, as your organization grows, a more robust tool like Jira might be a better fit. For its intended audience, which I would say is small startups, Notion is ideal.

Notion is ok. My main gripe is conversations can be hard to follow as there is no space just to have a chat with people outside tasks and the tasks get full of replies and unwieldy

Notion has significantly boosted my team's productivity by consolidating essential features and workflows into one platform. It allows me to stay focused and efficient, while also integrating smoothly with other tools like Google Drive, which is a feature I particularly appreciate.

This has been one of the most powerful programs I have came across. It helped me to get alot of things together managed properly and it gets even better will all these new features. I wish if the data privacy was more secure for free users as that would make it more reliable but nonetheless it helps to get things done easily and efficiently.

Although sometimes distracting from real work, nothing else I've tried provides a better way to take notes, make reports, track progress, and document building projects.

Notion helped me document all aspects of my life as a second brain. In my personal life, notion helps to tidy up my agenda and daily tasks. For professional life, all of my jobs use the notion as a workspace for collaboration.

Love Notion very much, but there are a few ‘buts’. The app is not improving in terms of speed. Even personal templates (albeit with a lot of customisations) are slow to load. And corporate templates, which are complex systems to be used by more than 50 people, take even longer. In addition, very few new features, the application is almost not developing. In 2024 they finally added charts, which everyone has been asking for about 5 years. In (I believe) 2022 they added buttons. (If you're a geek, in 2024 they increased the depth of sub-levels to 9 levels). And that's it. I really hope the product speeds up and develops faster.
