A must-have tool for everyone. I can not stop recommending Notion to anyone who is struggling with managing things. I use it for (almost) all of my personal and official tasks, notes, lists, and much more. The only thing I find missing is its integration with Microsoft Teams. With a few more integrations, it can become an integral part of anyone's workflow.

The customization options are endless – you can create tables, embed media, and choose from a ton of formatting options to make your pages look exactly how you want. Plus, it integrates with so many other tools, like Google Drive and Trello, which makes it super easy to keep all of my work in one place. I honestly don't know how I managed to get anything done before I started using Notion. It's seriously a game changer.

I started using Notion at my job to organize my thoughts, plan workflows, and keep track of everything at Venturous (a platform for executive talent). Then I made a personal account, and now I use it for everything—notes, projects, life stuff. It’s super intuitive and easy for setting up custom dashboards, workflows, project mapping, brain dumps, etc. Pretty much just as vital as my morning coffee.

This is a whole new kind of tool. Spreadsheets met wikis had a new kind of productivity baby. I love being able to make my own project management workflows and to keep documentation and tasks together.

Using the platform is very straightforward. Note-taking and collaboration are effortless, particularly during the ideation stage. Following this, the product development phase goes smoothly with the help of custom templates. Creating and grooming the backlog, as well as managing sprints, are all easy to understand.

Notion is my go-to-tool when it comes to jotting down ideas, planning processes or more extensive documentation. It's so flexible and so powerful (e.g. databases), that it's always a great starting point for whatever you want to get done.
