Regarding how it helps with tracking habits more effectively, I have added a table which gets coloured based on the number of habits you did that day (similar to Github). It's a great representation to see how you have been doing with those goals and honestly ticking them off gives great motivation, I'd say. You can see it in the last picture (bottom) :)
