Hello People,
I'm Ketan, a computer engineering student and the solo maker behind Notelify.
This started from a personal frustration: I was drowning in hour-long lecture videos, dense PDFs, and slide decks, with no fast way to actually study them. Re-watching a 2-hour lecture to find one concept felt insane. I wanted something that could take any of my study material and instantly turn it into things I could actually learn from.
So I built Notelify. You feed in a YouTube video, PDF, audio file, slide deck, image, or even handwritten notes, and it generates summaries, study notes, flashcards, quizzes, mind maps, and an interactive concept graph. The part I'm most proud of is the AI tutor it answers questions grounded in your uploaded content, not generic internet knowledge.
What surprised me while building was how much the input flexibility mattered. I started with just YouTube, but users kept asking "can it do my PDF? my recorded lecture? this research paper?" - so it grew into 11 input types and 11 study tools, all working in 99+ languages.
