I’m excited to launch NotchBio today.
RNA-seq analysis is powerful, but the workflow around it can be frustrating. Researchers often spend hours setting up environments, installing dependencies, managing scripts, configuring pipelines, and preparing visualizations before they can actually focus on the results.
We built NotchBio to reduce that burden.
With NotchBio, researchers can upload RNA-seq data, run complete analysis workflows, customize plots, and export publication-ready results from one cloud workspace within minutes.
Our goal is to make RNA-seq analysis easier for researchers, labs, PhD students, professors, and bioinformatics teams who want reliable results without constantly managing technical setup and infrastructure.
