Today we’re sharing with the ProductHunt community Notably 2.0, the workspace you’ve always dreamed of for doing product and customer research. Now you can use GPT-4 to do all sorts of heavy lifting across the research journey. From transcribing in multiple languages, to summarizing conversations based on their research purpose (ex discovery interview vs usability test), to suggesting tags, to generating insights from tagged and themed data. Notably makes the skills and speed needed to do great research accessible to all with workflows, templates, best practices, and AI all working together in harmony. Whether you’re a team of seasoned researchers, an enterprise longing for better research practices despite not having a dedicated research function, or even a founder… we can help. Here at Notably we’re on a mission to help people discover insights that move the world toward a more innovative and equitable future. Better research is not only needed for organizations to fully leverage their most unique competitive advantages, improve customer and employee experiences, and create products people love… but it’s also needed to combat all of humanity’s toughest and most important problems. To date we’ve helped thousands of researchers work on all sorts of problems from designing a new train station, to improving the patient experience for one of our top hospital’s youngest and most critically ill patients, to helping governments better understand their constituents on tough topics like racism and inequity, and helping financial services companies modernize legacy systems… and we’re just getting started. As a special gift the ProductHunt community we’re offering 30% off any plan until the end of the month using code: Appreciate the love today and please share your feedback with us. We truly value your feedback and ideas and are standing by.

Jared Fuller
On the one hand, I’ve never really liked what most teams do with “research.” It was so hard to tell in a fast growing startup if aggregate insights being presented were just people validating their own ideas to feel smart. What the heck happened between the calls and the takeaway or read out? Not to mention the insanely long time it takes everyone that nobody has time for these days. But this is a game changer. Now anyone can do “research” and add customer research/development calls to a database and it out pops aggregate data AND what the heck people think. Objectively. This is a 10x product for a space desperately in need of one. Notably could make everyone in the product orgs a researcher with their solution.

@jared_fuller Thank you for your constant support! I am thankful for your wisdom and the opportunity to learn from you any chance I get.
Allison Grayce
@jared_fuller Couldn't empathize more with the challenges you bring up about research & the "validation culture." It's something I've experienced firsthand at startups but also just as present in bigger enterprise companies. We're excited to be shaking things up and working to make research more accessible, and transparent.. but also to empower people with knowledge & clarity so they can do their best work. I appreciate you for being on this journey with us and really value your feedback, so thank you!
