Most quit apps are built for cigarettes, run on ads, and only do cold turkey. Norvayo is built for nicotine pouches (Zyn, Rogue, On) and lets you taper on a schedule, not just quit outright. Every stat — days clear, pouches avoided, money saved — is calculated from your own logs, not estimated. Circles adds group accountability for up to 8 people with shared challenges, which no other pouch-quit app offers. No ads, no analytics SDKs, nothing sold.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Norvayo because when I went looking for something to help me get off nicotine pouches, every app I tried was really a stop-smoking app with "pouches" bolted on — cigarette withdrawal timelines, a streak counter that resets to zero the second you slip, and usually ads or a privacy policy that made me close the app.
A few things I wanted that didn't exist together anywhere:
Tapering, not just cold turkey. Quitting nicotine isn't only a cold-turkey decision — plenty of people do better stepping down. I wanted a plan that let me step down on a schedule and paced my daily limit around the times I actually craved one — mornings, driving, after meals.
Numbers I could trust. Not a generic "you've saved $4,000" estimate — days clear, pouches avoided, and money saved, all calculated from my own logged use and my own baseline.
Real privacy. No ads, no analytics SDKs, nothing sold — you can verify that in the Play Store Data Safety section. It works offline; the account is optional.
The biggest shift while building it: I added Circles — a private accountability partner (free), or a group of up to 8 with shared challenges — after realizing the single best predictor of whether I stuck with it was having one person who'd notice if I stopped logging. No other pouch-quit app does group support at all.
Core logging, coping tools, badges, and data export are free forever. It's Android-only right now; iOS is on the list.
Would genuinely love feedback, especially from anyone who's quit or is trying to. I'll be here all day.
