@davkovac @eytanbensoussan I was considering you for my banking, but these customers who have lost vast amounts of money deserve a reply much more than your fans. Seeing you only reply to the good and ignore your customers in distress tells me all I need to know about this company!

@davkovac @eytanbensoussan I am scared they will fraud me. I just made an account but I didn’t put my bank information. I am still scared they will do something with my SSN. Man I feel so stupid right now

@davkovac @eytanbensoussan @bigmommajen My account has been locked up over 20 days in the last 30 days one due to a check that they didn’t like the image on the second because a customer reverse the wire because it was for $60,000 too much. I can’t get any response from North one I know I have a positive balance in my bank but yet I can’t even log into my account to see if a wire transfer has gone through so that I can send a customer product they might have already paid for. I’m going on 10 days without any response from their customer service

@al_benj @eytanbensoussan I was really comfortable and using my NorthOne account the first time I got locked up was because they didn’t like an image and mobile deposit and it took until my customer actually sent me a copy of the cleared canceled check from their bank before it was released currently my account has been locked for over two weeks because a customer over deposited via wire transfer and I can’t get a response back from anyone at the bank I can’t have access to see if any of the customers wire transfers have come through and my bank is just completely locked up I survive Covid but I can’t survive North one
