Noren turns your writing samples into a portable voice profile, so AI can write in your voice across emails, posts, newsletters, fiction, and other long-form drafts. Not a tone slider, a profile built from your real writing. Use the macOS menu bar app to generate, rewrite, or reply from your desktop, or the Chrome extension to highlight text in Gmail, Slack, docs, and other browser writing surfaces.

Hey PH! One of the makers of Noren here.
We built Noren because AI writing has a failure mode everyone experienced: it can be clear, grammatical, and still not sound like the person using it.
Most tools treat writing voice as a tone setting. You pick “friendly,” “professional,” or “witty,” then hope the model understands what makes your writing yours.
Noren takes a different route. You give it real writing samples, it extracts a voice profile from those samples: sentence rhythm, structure, phrasing, recurring moves, analogy habits, and anti-patterns. Then you can use that profile to guide AI across emails, posts, replies, essays, and other drafts.
I’d love feedback on two things:
1. Does the voice-profile idea make sense when you first land on the site?
2. What writing workflow would you try it on first: email, LinkedIn, essays, newsletters, fiction, or founder updates?
Happy to answer questions here all day.
One concrete example: For me, it’s not grammar or clarity, It’s more structural than that. My ai assisted drafts are often clean, sometimes too clean, but the real problem is that it doesn’t build arguments the way I would or use the words I would normally use. When I write about problems, I tend to approach them diagnostically, probably because I trained as a doctor in a past life. . Noren is trying to preserve the order of thought, not just swap in more personal words.
