After scanning a QR code, guests can see dish photos, explore plates in immersive 3D/WebAR, translate the menu, check dietary information, and ask an AI waiter for recommendations based on their tastes and needs. Everything works in the browser, so there is no app to download. For restaurants, Nora Neo provides one workspace to update the menu, personalize the brand, generate QR codes, understand guest engagement, collect reviews, and build loyalty. The goal is not to replace hospitality, but to answer routine questions instantly so staff can focus on the human moments that matter.
