This is great! I can see that there would be another category for hardware-based startups that require manufacturing and material planning type roles. Would be good to see them on here too.

Nicely done. A great touch would be adding 'remote' as a criteria? For example, someone can filter down quicker knowing whether or not they need to re-locate/travel daily based on the role.
@noinput Thanks for the suggestion! Actually, we have a "Remote" location in the location-selector, but you're right, it's not prominently displayed and isn't in the main filters.
Communications Director and Growth Lead are in one section but can be vastly different. Depending on the company. Growth can be a data, analytical role.
