The "investigations are heavily manual + multi-party" framing is the structural pain — most risk tools touch one slice and stop. Curious how Nomakkin handles the human-in-loop investigators: marketplace model where requests route to vetted operators, or more of a workflow layer over an in-house ops team? The first scales but is hard to QA, the second is the opposite trade.
@mcarmonas Good question. That trade-off is exactly where things usually break. We’re not a marketplace, and not fully in-house either. It’s more of a controlled hybrid.
We use a network of qualified operators and strong local connections, but everything runs through our workflow layer. Tasks are scoped, tracked, and delivered in a consistent format, so it’s not random or investigator-dependent. That gives us scale without losing structure.
