You've tried organizing your way to clarity. More folders, more labels, more views. Nix It takes the opposite approach: reduce what you hold instead of managing more of it. Email and tasks live on a single canvas. Items get filtered hard, hidden with triggers when not relevant, and eliminated constantly. Completing something and deleting it are the same. The belief is simple: elimination is safe. Important things come back.

Hey everyone! I'm Jason, the maker of Nix It.
I built this because I was drowning in my own productivity system. Hundreds of tasks across multiple apps, an inbox that never hit zero, and the constant feeling that I was managing my management tools more than doing actual work. One day I just started deleting things. Not completing them. Deleting them. And nothing bad happened. The important stuff came back on its own. Everything else just quietly disappeared.
That experience turned into a philosophy: elimination is safe. Your mind works better when it holds less. So I built the tool I wished I had, one that treats getting rid of things as the primary workflow instead of an afterthought.
I'd genuinely love feedback. What resonates, what doesn't, what's confusing. I'm here all day.
