Nivasa App: Property management made simple for owners and brokers

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Suryansh, Founding Engineer at AMI Group, and we are incredibly excited to introduce Nivasa. The Problem: We noticed that property owners (specifically for hostels, PGs, and rentals) and real estate brokers were running their entire businesses on messy spreadsheets and chaotic WhatsApp chats. It was completely unscalable. The Solution: We built Nivasa—a modern, multi-tenant property SaaS. It centralizes tenant management and property tracking. But the feature we are most proud of is our built-in referral system, which rewards brokers directly for successful subscriptions.
