Hi everyone! 👋 I’m thrilled to introduce Ninco today.
What inspired me to build this? After trying several money management apps, I realized most of them were either too complex or had poor user experiences. I wanted a modern, fast dashboard that felt premium, respected my data, and actually made budget tracking look good.
What problem was I trying to solve? The biggest failure point in personal finance isn't the math—it's the friction of manual data entry. Navigating through dropdown menus just to log a $4 coffee usually leads people to abandon the habit entirely. I wanted to eliminate that friction completely so you can keep your financial picture accurate with zero headaches.
How did the process evolve? When I first started building Ninco, my focus was entirely on crafting a nice UI/UX—creating a sleek dark mode, robust datatables, and customizable categories. But during testing, I realized standard input forms, no matter how pretty, were still too slow. That led to our biggest pivot: introducing the AI Chat feature. Instead of filling out forms, you can now just type "$15 on lunch," and the AI instantly parses, categorizes, and logs it. It changed Ninco from just a visual upgrade to a genuinely smart financial assistant.
