💡 Why did I build NIMO?
I started NIMO because I noticed a simple problem: we have more productivity tools than ever, but people still struggle to know **what actually matters today**.
Tasks get added. Goals get forgotten. Plans change. Reminders pile up. And instead of making life clearer, productivity apps can sometimes create even more things to manage.
I wanted to explore a different approach:
**What if your productivity app understood your day instead of just storing your tasks?**
That idea became NIMO.
🧠 **The approach**
Instead of building another basic to-do list, I started combining:
• Tasks & priorities
• Goals & progress
• Routines & habits
• Focus sessions
• Money tracking
• Memories & personal context
• An AI companion that can help organize the day
The goal isn't to make users manage another complicated system.
The goal is to make the system understand the user and help turn a messy day into a clear next step.
🔄 **How NIMO evolved**
It started as a simple productivity concept. While building and testing it, I kept asking:
“What would actually make someone open this every day?”
That led to features like daily clarity, smart task handling, missed-task rescheduling, goal action plans, routines, focus mode, reviews, memories, and the NIMO AI layer.
🚀 **Where it is now**
NIMO is live and still evolving.
I'm now looking for people who want to help shape what NIMO could become — especially builders interested in **AI, product, design, and startups**.
