@achille82 I’m not a developer. I’m an electrician living in Africa. When I discovered Replit, I had one idea: build an AI that fits exactly what I need on the field — something the generic AIs could never give me. What actually made me start was almost silly. I asked the agent one question: “Here’s what I want to build — can you do it?” It just said yes. So I jumped in. Today, after: writing ~10,900 lines of system prompt across 15 dedicated doctrines ~83,800 lines of code catching and fixing 50+ bugs and hallucinations running 67 audit cycles putting 59 automated test & security suites in place …NEXIA is born, and it’s live.

Congrats on the launch, Fotso! 🎉 Building NEXIA with zero coding background is genuinely sooo impressive.

I'm curious how NEXIA handles accuracy on something like structural or electrical calculations, do you have engineers reviewing outputs before professionals rely on them, or is that verification step left to the user?

@faithada Thank you Adamma, that means a lot. 🙏 This is THE right question, and I'll answer it straight, because it's a matter of responsibility. Short answer: verification stays in the hands of the professional — and that's a design choice, not a gap. I don't have engineers reviewing each output (I'm solo, in beta), and even at scale I won't: no tool should let you believe it "validates" a calculation on behalf of the person whose liability is on the line in the field. That said, NEXIA doesn't hand you a raw number and say "trust me." It's built to be verifiable, on three levels: A built-in arithmetic verifier runs behind the text and corrects pure calculation errors (a wrong sum should never slip through). NEXIA always shows its reasoning — the formulas, the assumptions, the steps — instead of hiding the result in a black box. So an engineer can re-read the approach and catch an assumption that doesn't fit their context (local code, edge case…). A posture doctrine forces it to tell the technical truth, flag its limits and uncertainties, and stop when data is missing rather than make something up. So the right way to see NEXIA is: an engineering copilot that does the heavy lifting and makes it transparent, not a stamp that exempts the professional from checking. On structural or electrical work where lives are at stake, the qualified human stays in the loop, full stop. That's exactly what I state in black and white inside the product. This is precisely the kind of feedback I'm hoping the beta brings — to refine where NEXIA needs to be even more explicit about its limits. Thanks for raising it. 🙌
