@jason_levi_goodison Seem useful, though I'm always hesitant when it comes to screen recorders. On the privacy end do you have any reassurances you could offer?

@elijah_d_w For sure! First off, I would say we do not record your screen. We take screenshots only when you request help, so that is fully in your control. Second off, we encrypt data in flight and at rest (in our dbs). Meaning, our team cannot even read what you ask or have on your screen. Lastly, we are planning on rolling out a local LLM model so you can run it completely disconnected from our servers. We've thought a lot about our privacy and go the extra mile whenever customers have feedback!

@rajpurohit_vijesh Great question! We encrypt all data that flows through our platform both in flight and at rest. We also don't take screenshots / requests without your permission. So you control when the data is scraped and we make sure its stored correctly!

Congrats on the launch! The app is very interesting. I'm now downloading the Mac app for Apple Silicon, but the status bar indicates that it will take around 4 hours or more to complete the download. Maybe this is because I'm in Asia. Could you check?
