Iβve been genuinely loving Neulish lately. Most mental wellness apps either feel too complicated, too expensive, or make you feel guilty for missing a day. Neulish feels different β it combines everything into one calm and supportive space instead of making you switch between multiple apps.
The AI voice companion feels surprisingly natural and responsive, and the fact that it remembers patterns makes conversations feel more personal over time. The emotion journal is also amazing because it detects emotions live and helps build self-awareness without making journaling feel like homework.
I also love how many features are included in one app: cognitive games, ADHD tools, meditations, sleep stories, breathing exercises, affirmations, and music mood syncing. Everything feels thoughtfully connected instead of random features added together.
The free tier is another huge plus because it actually feels usable and valuable, unlike many apps that lock everything behind subscriptions.

"Therapy is expensive, journaling feels like homework, and meditation apps guilt you" is a painfully accurate breakdown of the current mental health tech landscape. The last thing someone stressed out needs is another push notification making them feel bad for breaking a streak. Bringing 10 distinct tools togetherβespecially the ultra-low latency Voice AI and the ADHD toolkitβat such an accessible price point is incredible.
Quick question: Since you're actively replacing the "guilt-trip" design of traditional apps, how does Neulish handle user engagement and reminders without making the daily check-in feel like another chore?
@manal_essalek1Β Thanks for the feedback!π
That's exactly the problem we obsessed over while building this.Most apps weaponise your commitment against you. Miss a day? Here's a red broken streak. Haven't journaled? 3 reminder pings in 4 hours.
We flipped it completely.No guilt notifications. Neulish just quietly waits for you β like a good friend, not a fitness tracker.
Our reminders are optional, fully customisable, and written in a tone that feels like a gentle nudge not a performance review.
The daily check-in takes under 10-20 seconds. We designed it so it never feels like homework β just a small moment of honesty with yourself.
That philosophy runs through everything. Because healing isn't linear and any app shouldn't pretend it is.
Appreciate you asking this, it's the question that drove most of our design decisions π
