I’ve been genuinely loving Neulish lately. Most mental wellness apps either feel too complicated, too expensive, or make you feel guilty for missing a day. Neulish feels different — it combines everything into one calm and supportive space instead of making you switch between multiple apps.
The AI voice companion feels surprisingly natural and responsive, and the fact that it remembers patterns makes conversations feel more personal over time. The emotion journal is also amazing because it detects emotions live and helps build self-awareness without making journaling feel like homework.
I also love how many features are included in one app: cognitive games, ADHD tools, meditations, sleep stories, breathing exercises, affirmations, and music mood syncing. Everything feels thoughtfully connected instead of random features added together.
The free tier is another huge plus because it actually feels usable and valuable, unlike many apps that lock everything behind subscriptions.
