Hello Product Hunt! At Neptyne, we're really into spreadsheets. And as Python people, we've noticed the gap between the tools available to spreadsheet users and those available to programmers. We're on a mission to close that gap, and bring the state of the art right into your spreadsheet. That's why we built an extension to bring a Python environment straight into Google Sheets. With our extension, you can: 🔨 build custom functions 📦 install any Python package 📈 create rich plots using e.g. Plotly, Matplotlib, etc ⚙️ program triggers and automations 🔘 add interactive buttons. All using Python within Google Sheets.

@davidkircos @mikekerzhner We love Quadratic too. I think the main difference is that Neptyne is based on a running Jupyter kernel, so you can do everything that comes with that, while Quadratic if I remember correctly executes the Python client side.
