I've just started using neatly and can't stop thinking of how many hours it's going to save me by compiling all of my KPIs in one sexy dashboard. I know it's just the start for the product and am excited about the customisations that are in the works. Google Analtyics, All my social feeds, Mailchimp, CRM, all covered = a very happy me.
Thanks @tombritton, glad neatly.io makes you happy! We have lots planned for neatly.io - including a public API and a super cool @slackhq integration, and of course more integrations to be added 😃

This looks great! How does it manage user permission levels for each integration?
@scottruona Hi Scott, each active member of your team has the ability to view your integrations dashboard and data. However, only administrators of a team may add/remove an integration.
@scottruona We are looking at custom user permissions, so you would allocate which integration/s a user could view, is this something you would find useful?

@iresources@scottruona Yes, as company grows, keeping everyone informed about actual vs plan as it relates to each dept and at the same time keep drill downs of financials on a limited view.
@brendonto A couple of ways, we create a dashboard per integration and then you can also build custom dashboards separately using the individual metrics, the idea was to present data in a simple (and neat) format but also so the user could create dashboards using the metrics important to them. We have also built it so you if you are an agency (or have multiple businesses) you can easily create as many companies as required and view them all from one login, a real time saver!
@zackkanter We have and they are on our list however there are a few hoops to jump through to get those integrations up and running but you are absolutely correct a must for ecommerce customers and two of the most requested integrations, moving up the icebox now :)

This is a great product. Can you throw some light on your technology stack?
@msahajwani Sure, the site is served through nginx and makes use of PHP, NodeJS and Ruby. We use a combination of Percona Server MySQL (which works great with our hardware) and MongoDB for persistent storage. Our front end devs have also had great fun using AngularJS and HighCharts to render metrics/analytics.
