Nautis is the AI-native Operating System for founders. Manage fundraising, planning, finance, documents, meetings, CRM, hiring, and daily operations from one connected workspace. Unlike disconnected SaaS tools, every module shares one AI brain, giving you context-aware automation, smarter insights, and a Chief of Staff that understands your business—not just one app. Spend less time managing tools and more time building.

Curious how this handles multi-founder teams — does each founder get their own view or is it shared state?
Nautis
@akeed_rifza Great question! It's a shared workspace with role-based permissions, so everyone works from the same source of truth while only seeing what they're authorized to access. Each founder can also have their own personalized AI experience based on their role, responsibilities, and permissions, but the underlying business context stays consistent across the company.
Building products is fun. Managing startup operations... not so much. Nice problem to tackle. How long has been this into making? Seems like you went too deep with the product.

@divya_kothari1 Thank you, Divya! 😊 You're absolutely right. Most founders start companies to build products, not to spend hours juggling operations across a dozen tools.
Nautis has been in the making for over a year, but the thinking behind it comes from nearly a decade of working closely with thousands of startups through my previous venture. We intentionally went deep because every new problem we explored was connected to another one. That's ultimately what led us to build an AI Chief of Staff with one shared business context instead of another standalone AI tool.
This seems especially valuable for first-time founders juggling fundraising while still building product. I used to work with founders on fundraising so I know how chaotic things can get.

@zerotox Thank you, Kumar! Having worked with founders on fundraising, you'll know that raising capital is rarely just about the pitch deck. Investors ask for traction, financials, milestones, customer conversations, product progress, and follow ups, all of which usually live in different places.
That's exactly why we built Nautis. Our AI Chief of Staff has the complete business context, so founders spend less time gathering information for fundraising and more time building relationships with investors.
The connected workspace angle actually felt useful rather than gimmicky, and the chief of staff suggestions picked up on context from my notes without me having to spell everything out.
Nautis
@ayseluzerer6pg Really appreciate that! We believe AI is most useful when it can learn from the context you've already created, rather than asking you to start from a blank page every time.
Solo founder here juggling Notion, Stripe, calendar, and a dozen tabs just to keep operations from falling apart.

@ringo_td5 You're exactly the kind of founder we built Nautis for. Most solo founders end up becoming the integration layer between all their tools, spending more time connecting information than making decisions. Our goal is to bring those workflows into one connected workspace so your business context stays in one place and the AI can actually help instead of needing everything explained over and over again. 🙌
the shared ai brain across all modules is honestly such a smart call, tired of juggling five different tools that each think my company is a stranger
Nautis
Thank you! Most AI tools are smart in isolation, but they don't understand your business because they're disconnected from everything else. With one shared business context, our AI Chief of Staff doesn't need you to explain your company over and over. It already understands what's happening across the business and can provide much more relevant help.
Love that the AI shares one data layer but still respects per-role permissions, treating it like a trusted teammate rather than an all-access identity is the detail most startup OS tools miss.
Nautis
@ilko_kacharov Thank you! That was a deliberate design decision. We believe AI should have the right context, not unlimited access. Nautis respects your existing roles and permissions, so every AI action is grounded in what that user is actually allowed to see. That's how an AI teammate should work, trusted, context-aware, and secure. 🙌
