This was built out of necessity as a multifamily operator with over 240 units and looking to invest I found it very difficult to be able to have one tool that does all I need. I was struggling with standardizing the brokers deal package as they came in all different formats and standards, I had to build my own models, I needed to do market analysis, underwriting, keep my deals organized, provide scenarios and sensitivity analysis, show the investor journey, give me materials for capital raising and provide me a template for LOI. I lost 3 deals because I wasn't moving fast enough. Then I decided to take my 25 years plus IT career and knowledge and build something that can streamline and get us quicker to make a decision, so I build the MFDA tool.
