I have spent my life helping people get healthier and live better. I decided to take all that knowledge and those solutions and make them portable, accessible to anyone.

How does it handle nuanced form cues from a workout video, like subtle shifts in hip alignment during a squat, without being able to see me in real time?

@feride178675 Hi Feride. Mr Z is built to help you understand and correct mistakes so you don’t keep repeating them.
When you send a video, it analyses what’s happening. If it notices a recurring issue, like your hip shifting during a squat, it doesn’t just point it out. It looks for the root cause. That could be a postural misalignment, limited mobility, or a lack of core activation, and it will guide you accordingly.
If the issue still isn’t improving over time, it will recommend the right next step, whether that’s working with a personal trainer, chiropractor, or physio. The goal is to fix problems properly and help you improve long term, not just give surface-level feedback.
That said, for real-time training I would still always suggest working with a personal trainer rather than relying on an app alone, as form mistakes can lead to injuries if they’re not corrected immediately.

Love that the meal tracking works through a quick photo rather than forcing you to build a whole database of foods. That kind of low-friction input is what actually keeps people consistent with nutrition tracking day to day.

@remziyeb13215 Thank you Remziye. I completely agree, the simpler and faster the more helpful. You can also send voice notes. Glad you liked it.

Finally sat down with it for a quick meal photo and the macro breakdown came back fast, which is the kind of thing I actually want in the moment. Nice that it remembered my preferences without me restating them.

@dursuntehipino Thanks for your feedback Dursun. Yes it will remember and over time get more customised. Give it a go at picking a restaurant on those macros and than adjust the following meals.

Solid concept coming from an actual trainer, that background matters. I snapped a meal pic and the macro breakdown was quick and accurate enough to trust.

@osifil56668 Thank you Onur. The algorithm is entirely built on my 18 years as a trainer. Glad you liked it.

Love that MR Z handles meal photos and workout videos in one chat rather than splitting those into separate apps. The macro-aware restaurant suggestions feel like something a real coach would actually say, not a generic diet bot.

@hediyeagaofqj7 Thank you Hediye. These are all scenarios that happened over and over my WhatsApp for years. Customers calling and asking for advice and so on. The idea was exaclty to put a real coach with real logic and provide immediate assistance. AI is the delivery tool, the algorithm is the value. Really glad you nailed it's concept spot on.

Love that it actually accepts video and photos for real-time form and meal checks instead of just spitting generic advice. Feels like a coach in your pocket who finally pays attention.

@meral297601 Thank you Meral. Really glad you liked it. That was exactly the vision, being able to have a knowledge coach to ask for anything and anytime. The longer is used, the more it adapts to your lifestyle and become more and more customised.
